This tournament is open to anyone! However, if ping issues occur within the tournament, unless the problem is definitively from the Eastern Canada player, the out of region player will be disqualified. Contact a tournament organizer if the ping is wonky.

Players must use the same or a similar username every week so that seeding can be as accurate as possible. For this reason smurfs are also not allowed.

When a match desyncs/disconnects the game will be replayed with the same stock count as before the desync.  For example, if Player 1's stock count is 2 and Player 2's stock count is one at the time of the desync, the two players will sd the appropriate number of stocks to return to the pre-desync conditions.

If a player INTENTIONALLY disconnects then they will forfeit the match, and a suspension from tournaments will be discussed between tournament organizers.

Sets will be best of 3 until top 8 which will be best of 5. If there's less than 12 participants best of five will be played for winners finals, grand finals and losers finals instead of top 8.

When choosing stages, you cannot return to any stage you have previously won on without the consent of your opponent, this is called DSR (Dave's Stupid Rule).
